Using Qark
Qark is a radial menu for Mac. By downloading or using it you agree to these terms.
The free trial
These terms apply to the Qark download and to purchases. Qark includes a 3 day free trial so you can try everything before you buy. When the trial ends you need a license to keep using Qark.
The lifetime license
- One payment of $5 USD gives you a lifetime license. There is no subscription and no recurring payment.
- One license covers up to 2 of your Macs.
- The license is for you. Please do not share it, sell it or give it away.
Your content
The apps, files, links, shortcuts and text you place in your rings stay yours and stay on your Mac.
Payments
Qark is made by Vigan Tafili. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Problems and refunds
If something does not work or you were charged by mistake, write to qark@vigantafili.com and we will sort it out. Refunds are covered by the Refund Policy.
No warranty
Qark is provided as it is. We work hard to make it reliable, but we cannot promise that it will always be free of errors or work with every app and every version of macOS.
Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, Qark and its maker are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of the software, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your license.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top of the page shows the latest version.
